Throughout my time eating fake meats ive discovered that most of them taste alright for what they are...but most of them just arent what you think they are. After doing a decent amount of research into quorn products last year, i discovered that they are nothing i would want to be eating everyday. This article is a good one explaining most of the problem. I am mainly afraid of this product because of the fact that its mold.. digestible mold...not real food...not mushroom...mold. It tastes decent which is no surprise because so does french toast. So does anything with wheat/egg and salt.
